This is your opportunity for deep rest and rejuvenation.
Press pause on your responsibilities and choose to tend to your wellbeing, by joining us on select Fridays for a restorative Yoga class, where the focus is for you to feel comfortable, held and supported, so that you can fully relax your body, and allow your mind to also let go.
Restorative Yoga uses a series of props to allow to body to hold the poses for longer periods at a time, between 3 to 5 min, encouraging passive stretching. This is a completely different experience, offering you the possibility to hold the poses almoust effortlessly.
When your body enters a state of relaxation, your mind can also consciously relax, as tension begins to melts away.
This offering is for small groups only, as to keep the space intimate, safe and comfortable.

NB: If you would like to attend the morning Yoga practice and come to Restorative Yoga, then you can add on the morning class when you book the Restorative.
