Äyurveda which literally translates into "the science of life" seeks to support a rich and flavourful life by developing a harmonious relationship with our environment.
What is DinacharyÄ?
Ā Dinacharya is daily routine, and Ayurveda teaches us that if we take advantage of the shifting qualities in each time of day, season and environment, then we extract the nectar of every day living improving our physical, mental and emotional resilience.
"Learning to live each and every moment in concert with the cyclical rhythms of the Universe, provides a solid foundation for building a rich and wholesome life."

Hello friend,
My name is Gabriela, and I am a Yoga teacher and Vedic Lifestyle Consultant. I have been practicing Yoga for over a decade, and my mission if to support people in reconnecting to their body, mind & spirit.
In our family home, daily routine was big, and once I grew up I couldn't wait to get away from it. It was boring, and I was craving excitement. My mental health was deteriorating though, with severe anxiety, overwhelm and a very busy mind. My physical health wasn't any better. I had to go through a few surgeries that took a long time to recover from.

I only discovered Ayurveda in my 30's, but by then I had already returned to routine unknowingly, because it was engrained in me. I was born with a tendency towards creating routine, and as soon as I discovered Dinacharya, I understood why.
With an Ayurvedic daily routine, my mental health was improving, my anxiety reduced significantly, and my physical body was gaining vitality & energy. I was able to enjoy the excitement of life without being overwhelmed, because I found deep grounding and stability in my simple daily routines that quickly turned into daily rituals of self care.
I am passionate about sharing the wisdom of Yoga and its sister sciences with other people that are looking for grounding practices in their life, so I created an Online Yoga Studio for householders, where I can hold that space.
I also create transformational programs, exclusive for women, where busy & tired women can find rest, rejuvenation and revelation through daily practices, routines and rituals.
In this Free Workshop I want to share with you simple tools and practices, so you can also support your mental, emotional & physical health through a daily Ayurvedic routine.
As above, so below.
As within, so without.

To be able to take advantage of the shifting qualities of each moment, we need to understand the Eastern principle between the relationship of the macrocosm and microcosm. According to Äyurveda and other Easter traditions, everything that exists in the macrocosm, exists in the microcosm, and the reverse is true as well. The macro will always reflect in the micro. A common application in Äyurveda is to look at the 5 elements.
Ā
The elements and the forces
There are five creative archetypal elements - Earth, Water, Air, Fire & Space, and three forces: one that governs movement, one that governs transformation and one structure. These are the three doÅas in Äyurveda known as Vatta, Pitta and Kapha. The elements and the respective doÅas are present in everything, the macro and micro, and by understanding these forces and how they manifest we can learn to recognise and prevent patterns that can lead to disease, and support those that lead us to a life of ease.
The Law of Cosmic Order
Sometimes the Law of Nature is subtle and difficult to perceive, while at other time it is clearly expressed, but nontheless the Law of Macrocosm and Microcosm is a fundamental principle of Äyurveda which can have profound implications on our overall health and wellbeing. Understanding these implications, and taking correct & wise actions can help us live a purposeful and intentional life.
DinacharyÄ is a daily routine, aligned with the shifting qualities of each time of day, season and environment. Through a daily routine we can determine the best activities to engage in, and when to engage with.
For example, we can observe that at midday the heat of the day rises, which coincides with the time when our digestive fire is the strongest. This is the principle of "like increases like" of Äyurveda. This means that at midday is best to have our largest meal because that's when our digestive fire is the strongest.
While we can take advantage of the natural qualities throughout the day, there are also circumstances when we need to adjust our actions to counteract the natural given qualities of a given time.
