Spring is upon us, and the heaviness of winter is ready to melt away. The Earth itself seems heavy with moisture and the landscape is becoming full of life.
Spring is a season of birth, new beginnings, renewal, and growth. This is a time where the earth manifests the latent potential in all things. Seeds are germinating, flowers budding, insects buzzing, leaves unfurling. There is a gentle stirring all around us, and though we may not notice this, it does affect us.
According to Āyurveda, spring is considered to be a Ritusandhi, which is an important junction as we cross the threshold of cold of winter, to the warmth of spring. There is a shift in the qualities of the season, which will create changes in our digestion, our nervous and immune systems.
Spring is linked to an increase of Kapha dosha, connected to the elements of earth & water, with the qualities of moisture, heaviness, abundance, but also lethargy. Allergies can become apparent at this time of year, and it's easy to become susceptible to mucus forming in the respiratory tract.
The practices and cleansing tools shared with you inside The Nest this spring are designed to make this transition as smooth as possible for you, stimulating your immune & digestive system, clearing out accumulated toxins and through practices like Jala Neti, keeping allergies and colds at bay.

I am passionate about creating spaces for women to discover the power of of daily self care practices for rest & rejuvenation. In a world that is demanding and action oriented, we are finding it more difficult to maintain a harmonious balance between "too much" and "not enough".
Through-out the program you will slowly be able to create sacred spaces for a balanced relationship between rest & renewal.
A daily routine is one of the most powerful tools to improve overall health & wellbeing.

Pranayama & Yoga Nidrā
Yoga teaches us that there is an intelligent Life Force, called Prāna, which is subtle, but it is carried by our breath.
Discover the power of effective breathing practices that will stimmulate your immune system and relax your nervous system, increasing vitality, inviting clarity and establishing grounding. Learn to use your breath to effectively stimulate your digestive system.

Purify & cleanse
Discover the power of purification through Hatha Yoga Kriyas & reset your gut with an Ayurvedic mono diet cleanse.
In this program you will learn techniques to purify and remove toxins from your body, like incorporating tongue and nasal cleaning.
You will be able to take part in an Ayurvedic mono diet cleanse over the course of the program, with different options to suit your time and requirements, supported with a Live Cooking Class, recipes and herbal elixirs.

Solar & Lunar Yoga
Hatha Yoga practices can help restore the body into a natural state of homeostasis.
The Yoga practices inside this program are curated with the intention to create a state of balance and harmony, by supporting the cleansing and rejuvenative process inside the program.
Through a combination of therapeutic, restorative and energising Yoga you will discover perfect recipes that you can use for the rest of your life.
You will require a few things for the program, in order to take part in the cleanse 🛎️
- You will need a copper tongue cleaner, a Jala Neti pot for nasal cleaning and a natural fibre brush for dry body brushing. If you don't have these already, then you can choose to sign up and get the welcome package. The brush is not included, as this needs to be a personal choice depending on your skin type.
- For the Ayurvedic mono diet cleanse you will need pantry spices, mung beans, rice, vegetables and ghee or oil. The lists of ingredients will come with the recipes, and you will have the opportunity to join a Live Ayurvedic Kitchari Cooking class before our cleanse begins.
When you sign up, you will also receive goodie bag delivered to your home, containing a copper tongue cleaner, a copper Jala Neti pot, and a herbal elixir.*
*Due to mail regulations, these welcome packages are only available for participants within the geographical boundaries of Europe. If your location is not eligible for the goodie bag, or if you prefer to get the tools on your own, then you can sign up with a lower price. It can take up to 10 working days for the package to be delivered and you will need it for March 16 Workshop.

The program runs live for 5 weeks starting March 8 and finishing on April 13 2025. Each week you will be drip fed with access to self paced pre-recorded practices. The live calls recordings will be available if you can't attend live. You will continue to have access to all the content in the program until September, so you can revisit anytime, or do the program at your own pace.

- Week 3 - March 24 to 30 - Cleanse week with restful self practices & Ayurvedic mono diet over the weekend.
- Live Call 4 - March 29 @8am - Morning Yoga & Meditation
- Week 4 - March 31 to April 6 - Restorative to rejuvenative self practices to slowly come back + Garshana - dry brushing.
- Week 5 - April 7 to 13 - Energising and motivating self practices.
- Live Call 5 - April 13 @4pm - Closing Circle - Integration and next steps.
There will be a group chat available on WhatsApp open from March 10 to April 27, where you will have direct access to me. The group chat is open for 2 months, so in case you are behind with your practices, you can still continue receiving advice if needed.
* All the self practices are pre-recorded, shared in video or audio format. To find out more about the practices, scroll below.
* The minimum time commitment needed for this program is anything between 20 minutes to 1h a few days a week, plus the Live Calls when they are happening. There is a non-negotiable with this program, and that is an extra 10 to 15 minutes to your morning hygiene routine daily.

The program is running Live during what is called the Eclipse Season, and this year we have all the slow moving planets change signs from March to May. We get eclipses every year during spring & autumn, but we very rarely have so many slow-movers change things in such a short time.
This Spring in particular, can be very sensitive, with triggering tresholds, especially for those that are more inclined to feel things more.

I am a Yoga teacher and Vedic Lifestyle Consultant, and I am passionate about sharing the wisdom and benefits of Yoga and its sister sciences as an integrated approach to better health and wellbeing.
I can support you in findinging your inner sanctuary, using gentle tools and practices coming from the wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda, to realign yourself to the wisdom of your internal rhythms.
I tried many cleanses & detoxes over the years, but I quickly learned that these types of cleanses are not for me. I couldn't stick with them, and I always found them to be very restrictive. They made me feel worse about myself, and once they were over, I would just get back to my old habits.

You don't have to do it alone. Join us live in this programme and be part of a community of women facing similar challenges. This group programme will run live in March with 6 Live calls spread over 5 weeks. The material for the rest of the program is pre-recorded and you will have access to all the recordings for 4 months.

Week 1 - Preparation
We begin with a Live Circle & Intention setting ceremony. We will discuss the structure of the programme and advice on how to implement the practices into your week.
Week 1 practices and teachings will give you more background on Ayurveda which will be supported with Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation & Yoga Nidra .
The week ends with a workshop on Yogic purification of the body, for which you will need a nasal cleaning pot and a tongue cleaner.

Week 2 - Purification of the body
In week 2 the Pranayama & Yoga Nidra will be focused on supporting the purification of the body.
This week you will be implementing the methods from the workshop, into your morning routine.
Yoga Asana will be focused on working with the digestive fire while finding rest & preparing for the upcoming dietary cleanse.
The week finishes with a Live Cooking Class with a sample recipe of what you will be using for your moni diet Ayurvedic Cleanse.

Week 3 - Cleanse week
This week the focus will be preparing the body physically and mentally for the cleanse.
Slowly throughout the week, we will begin to reduce elements from our diet which we will completely refrain from during the 3 day cleanse.
The practices shared with you will be supportive in helping you slow down, befriend your body and let it cleanse. There will be a Live early morning Yoga meditation & pranayama class on the 29th, as extra support for the cleanse weekend.
We will do our group cleanse over the weekend of March 28-30 which coincides with the last eclipse weekend.

Week 4 - Unlock the power of Rejuvenation
In the forth week together inside The Nest, we will be easing our way back from the cleanse. There are no Live Calls this week.

Week 5 -Step into vitality & inspiration
The last week of the program running Live you will receive practices that you can continue working with for the rest of Spring.
You will have access to practices like Yoga asana, Pranayama, Meditation & Yoga Nidra specifically designed to help balance Kapha dosha and manage your transition into summer.
As a bonus, you will have access to some teachings and practices that you can use for the summer months.
At the end of the week we have our Live Closing Circle on April 13, an opportunity for questions & sharing reflections.
