Boutique Yoga, Cambridgeshire UK
I have set up a beautiful and cosy boutique home Yoga studio in Swavesey, near Cambridge. From here I see private clients for yoga therapy and hold regular Yoga classes for women, and hold ocassional events like Full Moon Women's Circles and Candle Lit Restorative Yoga.
You can find me teaching Yoga for all in other regular classes in Cambridge, across various venues like Satyam Yoga & Wellbeing centre, Parkside Pool’s & Gym and Milton Science Park. The Nest, a group program for women
With technologies and tools belonging to the Yogic sciences, I guide programs and support women in reconnecting with their body, mind, spirit and ancestry.
Through transformational group programs and individual support, I support women in finding harmony, balance and ease, living aligned with their internal rhythms, nurturing and growing a sense of belonging, purpose & joy.
The Nest is an online program that runs several times a year, at pivotal changes during the seasons. This is a container designed to support your daily routine with self paced practice, live calls and a vibrant growing community.

Online Yoga Studio for the householder
These are authentic Yogic teachings for householders, to nurture & transform your body, mind & heart.
The practices shared with you inside the studio are designed to keep your immune and nervous systems stimulated, develop resilience, strength & stability in the body, and the mind.
In this space you will embark on journey of Yoga which is appropriate for your body and mind, attuned to the relationship to your external environment. Enjoy Solar & Lunar Yoga, which will take you on a journey of discovery, beyond your physical body.
